As part of our ongoing improvements to the Learning Hub, we have retired the Community Contributions feature. This article provides information on the change and how you can continue to contribute learning resources to the platform.

How do I offer feedback or report a resource on the Learning Hub?

Feedback on the platform

In this initial Beta release of the Learning Hub you can join our user research panel via feedback link in the beta banner, which can be found at the top of each page. General feedback can be submitted by email enquiries@learninghub.nhs.uk.

Report a resource

You may report a resource, for example, if there is an issue with copyright infringement, breach of personal data, factual inaccuracies, typing errors or safety concerns. The type of issue will determine whether the resource is immediately removed from the platform or if the contributor is asked to make amendments. You can report a resource from the resource information page or by directly contacting the Learning Hub support team.

You can access the support site by selecting the Help menu at the top of each page or typing https://support.learninghub.nhs.uk/support/home into the address bar of your browser.

You can contact the Learning Hub support team by completing the support form or if you have a general enquiry you can email enquiries@learninghub.nhs.uk.
