Why do I have grey or opaque folders in my catalogue?

Modified on: Tue, 19 Mar, 2024 at 2:41 PM

As a catalogue administrator or editor, you may see folders in your catalogue that have a grey or opaque icon that is not clickable. This grey or opaque folder icon indicates that this folder is not currently visible to users of the Learning Hub. This is usually because the folder currently does not contain any content and is therefore automatically made not visible to users.
