This article explains how editors and admins can add resources to their catalogue.
My contributions
- Select <My contributions> on your menu bar this will open your most recently accessed catalogue
- Select <Contribute a resource here>
- To add a resource to a folder select the folder to open it and then select <Contribute a resource here>
- To add resources to a different catalogue go to <Change catalogue> and select the one you need

Create the title and choose the resource type
- Choose a title for your resource
Learning Hub reports and certificates show the session title only. Make sure your title says what subject matter the resource covers. Don't use titles like 'Quiz' or 'Assessment' on their own. - Select the resource type you want to upload or create
- Select <Next>

Resource types
- File: for example a Word document, image, video or audio file. Opens a new window or tab for users
- Web link: if you have a link to a website that you want to share, for example https://www.nhs.uk Opens a new window or tab for users
- Article: publish text on a topic and attach associated files.
- Assessment: set questions to assess people informally (correct answers and feedback provided at the end), or formally (without feedback).
- Case: create a page that has a variety of media and learner interactions such as text and whole slide images.
- elearning: add an elearning package in a zip file that is in SCORM format, version 1.2. Opens a new window or tab for users
- HTML: add an HTML resource package in a zip file. Opens a new window or tab for users
