As Learning Hub is still in Beta development the reporting functionality is currently limited.

Individual users

My learning shows a visual record of an individual user’s learning activity on the Learning Hub, showing the resources that have started and completed. 

Any available certificates can be viewed from My learning. These open in a separate tab and can then be downloaded and saved or printed as required.

In My learning you can search and view your activity, filter by time period, completion status and resource type. Reports can be printed and saved so they can be shared with educators, managers or education teams.

Reporting on my staff

This is not yet available. If you require proof from a learner of completed learning please ask them for a copy of their certificate or learning activity from their My learning page.


Reporting on catalogues is available via Tableau to catalogue owners and administrators. Please contact the Learning Hub support team via if you require access to reports on your catalogue.
