What reporting is available on Learning Hub?

Modified on: Wed, 29 Oct, 2025 at 4:06 PM

As Learning Hub is still in Beta development the reporting functionality is currently limited.

Individual users

My learning activity shows a visual record of an individual user’s learning activity on the Learning Hub, showing the resources that have started and completed.

Any available certificates can be viewed from Certificates in My elearning activity. These open in a separate tab and can then be downloaded and saved or printed as required.

In My learning activity you can search and view your recent learning, bookmarks, certificates and learning history.

Recent learning shows resources that have in progress or completed statuses. For example SCORM (elearning), cases, assessments, audio or video resource types.

Learning history shows all activity and allows filtering by completion status and resource type. Reports can be printed and saved so they can be shared with educators, managers or education teams.

This support article explains how to access My learning activity.

Reporting on my staff

This is not yet available. If you require proof from a learner of completed learning please ask them for a copy of their certificate or learning activity from their My learning activity page.

Catalogues

Reporting on catalogues is available via Tableau to catalogue owners and administrators. Please contact the Learning Hub support team via enquiries@learninghub.nhs.uk if you require access to reports on your catalogue.
