Resources on the Learning Hub are contributed to catalogues. It is possible to move resources between catalogues e.g. a resource can be moved from Catalogue A to Catalogue B. To move a resource between catalogues catalogue editor permissions are needed.

1. Navigate to My contributions and select Edit on the resource to be moved.

2. An alert will pop up to confirm that changes will be made to the resource. Select Continue.

3. Navigate to the Catalogue section at the bottom of the resource page. Select which catalogue the resource is to be transferred to.

4. Check the catalogue is correct, then select Publish new version.

5. Add a note to explain why the resource has been republished, then select Publish.

6. The page will update to the catalogue screen where the resource will show as publishing.

7. Refresh the browser using the F5 key or via the browser navigation. The resource will update to show as Published.
